What's CITY Talking About
🏡 Polis wants to reduce homeowner’s insurance by $800
Colorado homeowners facing high insurance premiums could have their rates reduced thanks to Gov. Jared Polis’ new policy roadmap. 🍎 Sheridan teachers strike could end soon
Members of the Sheridan School District teachers union have reached a tentative resolution with district leaders after being on strike since April 1. The opposing parties edged closer to a solution after Gov. Polis called a meeting at the Capitol on Thursday. Union members say teachers won’t return to the classroom until a deal is finalized, and school board members are set to vote on the terms on Tuesday. [The Colorado Sun]

Spotted Around Town

Have you seen one of these billboards or something fun, curious, or unusual around town? We’d love to see too!
