Navigating Denver Real Estate
Q - How do I get the best mortgage rate? And what is a mortgage?
— Bree Davies, City Cast Denver podcast host
A: A mortgage is a home loan you repay over time with interest. To get the best rate, keep your credit strong, compare lenders, and consider buying it down. In parts of Denver, buyers can even negotiate sellers to help cover that cost. Planning early with the right team can save you thousands.
