☕ Tariffs Hit Local Coffee Roasters

Local coffee shops are seeing the cost of beans and packaging rise with the rollercoaster implementation of tariffs, which could be passed on to consumers. The on-again, off-again tariffs come as climate change is making it harder to grow the beans in coffee exporting countries like Brazil and Vietnam. [Denver Post 🔒]

Navigating Denver Real Estate

Navigating Denver Real Estate

Q: I've read that the Denver market has recovered in that there are finally a good amount of houses on the market. But the prices don't seem to be budging, and homes are sitting for a long time. Is there any hope that prices will go down?

— Bree Davies, City Cast Denver podcast host

A: Inventory is up, but sellers are sticking to last year’s prices. Higher rates and prices, coupled with uncertainty about the US economy, are slowing buyers. Some areas with motivated sellers may see slight price dips, but some homes are getting multiple offers, therefore widespread decline in prices is not expected.
