Where Is It?

Last week’s answer: The Mosaic Community Campus in Denver’s South Park Hill neighborhood.

Though many Denverites will likely recognize this place from its time as Johnson & Wales University (2000-2021), the campus has a long, storied history. It served as the Colorado Women’s College for nearly a century and at one point housed Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Today, the campus is a community gathering space that also houses a variety of local organizations and nonprofits, including Archway Communities affordable housing, the Denver Housing Authority, Denver School of the Arts, Emily Griffith Technical College, St. Elizabeth’s School, the Urban Land Conservancy, and the Kitchen Network.

Congrats to our correct guessers:

  • Deb B. was the first to write in with the correct answer!
  • But Nora A., Aditi D., Jason H., Rachael W., and Katelyn M. weren’t far behind!
  • Special thanks to Hey Denver reader Raych D. for sending in this pic! ✨

See Ya in the New Year! 👋
