Make sure you fill up a water bottle before you leave the house — Denver officials aren’t sure they’ll be turning on local drinking fountains this summer. The city says it's understaffed and doesn’t have enough plumbers to activate and maintain the city’s public water fountains.  [Denverite]

🏠 Big Win for Tiny Homes

Denver City Council approved a seven-month extension and an additional $500,000 for its contract with Colorado Village Collaborative to expand and renovate its tiny home community for people experiencing homelessness. The site will get a new community center and nearly double its units from 24 to 44. [CO Politics 🔒]
